本政策适用于森大厦(上海)有限公司（以下简称“我们”）通过实体店、应用程序、微信、微信小程序、支付宝小程序及移动互联网应用程序等为用户（以下简称“您”）提供的所有产品及/或服务（服务包括但不限于我们于主办、承办或参与的各类活动中直接或间接向您提供的服务），包括但不限于：森大厦应用系统等。我们提供的产品及/或服务中，包括为您提供商场或物业的其他配套服务，详见下文3.3(a)(b)的相关内容，在您申请开通大厦办公租户通行二维码，或申请到访登记及预约、邀约等时，您应知悉可申请前述功能的大厦包括上海环球金融中心及恒生银行大厦。
This policy shall apply to all products and/or services (such products or services including without limitation to services directly or indirectly provided to you at various events that we sponsor, undertake or participate in) provided by Mori Building China(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") to our users (hereinafter referred to as "you") through our physical stores, APPs, WeChat, WeChat applet, Alipay applet and mobile internet application, including without limitation: application system of Mori Building China. The products and/or services provided by us include the provision of other ancillary services of the Malls or the Property service to you as described in 3.3 (a) (b) below. When you apply for the QR code pass for office tenants of the buildings, or apply for visit registration, reservation and invitation, you shall be aware that the buildings available for applying for the aforesaid function include Shanghai World Financial Center and Hang Seng Bank Tower.
本政策涉及的用户包括访客用户、注册用户及租户用户，具体定义详见本政策第2条。

需要特别说明的是，为保障实现产品及/或服务的基础功能，在您使用对应功能时，我们会按照法律法规要求在最小必要范围内向第三方含关联公司提供部分信息；当您未使用相关功能时，我们不会将您的信息向第三方含关联公司提供。本政策载明的关联公司包括但不限于上海环球金融中心有限公司、上海森茂国际房地有限公司。除前述情况外，本政策不适用于其他第三方向您提供的产品及/或服务，我们建议您向第三方提供您的个人信息前先阅读该第三方的相关隐私或个人信息保护政策。如果我们通过第三方平台向您提供的产品及/或服务，则根据实际情况，第三方平台的相关隐私或个人信息保护政策及本政策可能同时适用。
It should be specially noted that, to ensure the realization of the basic functions of the products and/or services, when you use corresponding functions, we might provide part of your information to third parties (including our affiliates) to the minimum extent as required by laws and regulations; when you do not use the relevant functions, we will not provide your information to a third party including affiliates. Affiliates set forth in this Policy include but are not limited to Shanghai World Financial Center Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Senmao International Real Estate Co., Ltd. In addition to the foregoing, this Policy shall not apply to the products and/or services provided by any other third parties to you. It is advisable that you read the relevant privacy or personal information protection policies of these third parties before providing your personal information to them. If we provide the products and/or services to you through a third party platform, as the case may be, the relevant privacy or personal information protection policies of such third party platform and this Policy may apply concurrently.

• Personal information: refers to all kinds of information recorded in electronic or other forms that can be used, independently or in combination with other information, to identify specific natural persons or reflect specific natural persons' activities. Where necessary and based on applicable legal classifications, Personal Information should also include Sensitive Personal Information. • Sensitive Personal Information: refers to Personal Information that, if divulged or illegally used, would easily cause harm to a natural person's human dignity or endanger his or her personal or property security. Such Personal Information includes information regarding biometrics, religious belief, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, individual location tracking, transaction or consumption history, and Personal Information of minors under the age of 14. 由于森大厦不同的产品及/或服务平台皆使用同⼀账号体系，如果您已拥有任何森大厦应用的账户，我们可能会在森大厦平台中显示您的上述个人信息，您可通过森大厦应用账户登录并使用我们的网站或者APP应用提供的链接入口或其他产品及/或服务入口使用我们及/或关联公司提供的产品及/或服务。
Regarding different product and/or service platforms of Mori Building China use the same account system, if you already have any account of the Mori Building China applications, we may display the above personal information in the Mori Building China Platform. 当您使用租户认证功能到具体企业时，我们需要收集您的姓名、手机号、所在公司、办公邮箱（选填）以及大厦门禁卡号。上述信息为认证申请的基础信息，拒绝提供您将无法认证到企业，从而影响到进一步获取门禁等功能的使用权限。如果您已经通过租户认证，您可以申请开通大厦办公租户通行二维码。您进出大厦物业时仅需要根据指示在闸机前刷通行二维码以验证身份。完成验证后，即可进入您的办公楼层。若您不通过通行二维码以验证身份，您仍可以使用其它方式进出物业。
When you use the function of tenant verification to go to specific enterprises, we need to collect your name, mobile phone number, company, office email (optional) and building access card number. 我们致力提升物业管理服务效率及管理公共卫生风险。当您以访客身份进行访问时，您可以在我们的应用软件上进行到访登记及预约，包括自助机、访客H5、APP等。我们将可能收集您的姓名、手机号、证件类型、证件号码、到访大厦楼层和到访公司的名称。同时，您需要向我们提供来访日期、到访时间、离开时间、楼层、公司、受访人姓名、受访人手机号码、事由，我们将会展开审核及与相关公司核实信息。
We are committed to improving the efficiency of the property management services and managing public health risks. When you visit as a visitor, you may register and make a visit appointment on our application softwares, including self-service machine, Visitor H5, APP etc. We may collect your name, mobile phone number, type of ID card, ID card number, floor and name of the company. At the same time, you need to provide us with the visit date, visit time, departure time, floor, company, the interviewee's name, his or her mobile phone number and the reason for the visit. We will review the information and confirm with the related companies.

当您通过我们的询问、问卷调查或其他平台或方式对我们的产品及/或服务进行分享、问卷调查或上载（包括照片、视频、语音、文字）等信息公开发布的活动时，您需要先注册成为用户，我们也会收集您的网络协议位置（IP address）及手机型号，我们也会在您公开发布的信息当中收集您主动公开的个人信息，作数据统计、后台报表及兑换奖赏之用。在符合法律法规的情况下，我们可能会进行数据整合、分析及研究，从而跟您互动并作个性化展示及推荐我们的产品及/或服务的资讯。

3.6. 当您以注册或非注册的身份联系我们的客服、要求我们提供售后服务及/或处理争议时，我们可能通过微信或其他方式要求您提供姓名、家庭成员情况、住址、电话号码、电子邮箱地址、个人账号名称、交易记录、车辆信息和车牌号、个人ID、系统账号及您需要证明相关事实的信息，以进行必要验证。经过您的授权，客服人员、售后人员及争议处理人员需要在您授权范围内查询或核验您的相关信息，我们将尽可能采取技术和管理措施保障您的信息安全和保密，并在必要范围内进行使用。并且我们也可能会保留我们的通话及/或通信等语音或文字记录，从而处理、回应及跟进您具体提出的咨询、要求、反馈及投诉及进行客户回访。
